2- Connect and bring nature to you; Light up a candle, use a scent to help you more concentrate, add a few drops of any natural essential oil to prepare and calm your mind-body.

3- Wear your reVerve comfortable sustainable activewear or loungewear.

4- Sit in a comfortable position, make sure your spine is straight and elongated to let the energy flow in the right direction. It is not mandatory to sit cross-legged. Find a mediate pose that fits you the best

5- Be kind to yourself and acknowledge your emotions. Meditation is to teach us how to accept and neutralize our feelings.

6- If you get distracted while listening to your audio, this is normal! Bring your focus back to breathing
